I recently purchased a CPO 550i GT from Performance BMW. By far this was my best car buying experience and my best purchasing experience hands down. As an out of state purchaser I requested a pre-purchase inspection in which sales associate Jon Hilliard (my primary point of contact) graciously drove to a mechanic of my choice. Jon did everything right (prompt replies to vehicle condition both pre-purchase and post-receipt, clear communication of paperwork and vehicle arrival, always delivering what he promised). Additionally when committing to purchase I interacted with Tim Blancett (sales manager) in which I stated my requests based on the pre-purchase inspection and we came to a speedy deal (<10 min) that I was extremely pleased with and hopefully so were they. If you want to experience what true customer service is during and after a BMW (or any product) purchase I would recommend seeking out Jon Hilliard and Tim Blancett at Performance BMW. Even post-delivery when I noticed there was a missing privacy panel Jon replied while on vacation time and has made me feel like I am truly a valued customer. More

Where to begin.. Trying to select the right color, right interior and right options was a little difficult, not because of Geo but because my wife could not decide. It took a day to figure it all out and Geo got close on all the in stock X3s but poor Geo could not make it happen on the first trip. I did have an exact idea what my wife wanted. I received a call from Geo and Russ, they found one. I ordered it. Nice job everyone. Setting up the overall purchase was a breeze, got a nice USAA discount, and ordered the assessories. This is my wife's X3, so buying was the only reasonable choice. Then comes Russ and Allison, easy, simple and as painless as you can make it. Russ coordinated the final sale, and Allison made sure I got the lowest rate financing available. We kept the old 528i, even though it was 13 years old, it still reruns like new and looks great. Easy process, and on the day wwe picked it up it was all ready to go. Nicely done Geo, the red bow touch for my wife's birthday was a good idea. Let's not forget Todd in parts... I was ording a replacement cap for the washer reservoir over the Internet, and I received an email from Todd. Wow I did not know he wassa part of my order from an Internet order. Amazing. Well this was my misunderstanding and he saw that I purchased the assessor is for the X3 and gave me the cap for free. He really didn't have to do that, but he did. This was a very nice touch.. Nice job everyone, this was easy, professional, comfortable, and it is nice to find so many friendly people. A new X3 and a new replacement reservior cap for the old 528i in one trip... I visited two BMW dealerships and Performance was head shoulders better than the other BMW dealership. I also shopped at least five other brands and Performance was ahead of the other brands. Performance (especially my salesman) was friendly and extremely knowledgable on his product. They listen to my requirements and provided the right information without being pushy and the price negotiation was positive. Overall this been my best ever car buying experience. More
I just purchased my first BMW on Friday and the car is absolutely amazing! I have honestly had a wonderful experience with this dealership. In 2006 I bought my first BMW there and was nervous about expensive bills down the road. Lewis Bowman sold me my first BMW and I absolutely loved it. It was everything that I wanted and he included a wonderful 100,000 mile warranty on the vehicle. I kept that car for 180,000 miles and I felt like it was always a wonderful drive. Of all the cars I've owned, it was the best manual shift, the best driving vehicle and the most fun car. Last week I bought my second BMW from Hugh Simmons. It is also a manual drive and I love it as well. More importantly perhaps, their service department is top notch. I have come to know almost every person in service and they have always been honest, fair, reasonable and understanding of my time. It is truly appreciated! I highly recommend this dealership for both sales and service as well as BMW cars. More
Our 2011 BMW 328i had a recall to fix a potential issue, so we scheduled a appointment to have it corrected. From the moment I arrived to the time I left, the Performance BMW experience was outstanding. Pat so we scheduled a appointment to have it corrected. From the moment I arrived to the time I left, the Performance BMW experience was outstanding. Patricia cared for two small items, had our brakes checked, talked me through the things we should do (under warrantee) during our next service visit and set me up in the Customer Lounge where I could work over the internet while the repair was made. She kept me updated and before returning the car, she had the tires checked, the fluids topped off and the car washed. More
