Absolutely excellent service on my 2019 BMW X3. I called the service department when my engine light went on and was given an immediate appointment and a loaner car while the warranty item was being repaire the service department when my engine light went on and was given an immediate appointment and a loaner car while the warranty item was being repaired. Andrew was my service advisor and he stayed in communication by text and also sent a video of the inspection of my car. When I found out I had a flat tire an Hour outside of Raleigh I was worried about how I would possibly be able to have it fixed. I had the car delivered to BMW of Southpoint and they not only fixed the tire, but realized I had an open oil change and recall and fixed that too! Even more they gave the car a nice wash so when it came back it was good as new. I communicated the entire time with Nate who was super friendly and ensured I got my car back quickly. So grateful they were able to make a stressful situation a whole lot easier. More

I contacted Southpoint BMW after finding a car in their inventory that matched what I was looking for. Inquired and shortly thereafter was speaking with Tyler Bowyer, within a few hours of my initial inquiry we had come to terms on the car and left the deposit. Tyler answered all my questions, even gave me his cell phone number to text and he really made me feel like his goal was to sell a car and have a happy customer. Tyler looped in the manager Eddie Mayorga who helped me with all the numbers on the car (incentives, etc). I feel he really went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best result with all of that. Given the coronavirus situation instead of picking up the car so with the help of a notary was able to do paperwork from a local attorney's office and then I transported the car from NC to CT. Since I never actually went to the dealership Ali Bambeger helped make me comfortable by providing me detailed videos and pictures of to the car to make sure it was exactly what I was expecting, then going over with transport before it left. Despite the distance this was still one of my easiest car purchases and I would return due to Tyler, Eddie and Ali's work. Made me feel like I wasn't just a number or sales point but actually a customer they hope to see again. More

In my driveway! Got a call from BMW of Southpoint telling me that my car had a recall and that the dealership would come to my house and perform the service. At first I thought I was being scammed, but sure enough the next day a tech rang my bell at 9am and performed the service in my driveway! The tech was awesome and performed the service quickly and we shared a couple of car stories and then he was on this way. I cannot say enough about this service and the dealership!
