We bought a used Toyota Sequoia that was in great shape but needed a few minor things taken care of. BMW of Southpoint committed to making sure everything was as good as it could be. Jon Hillard the financial manager was very nice and made sure we were satisfied and had everything we wanted and needed . They both went above and beyond to get us the car we wanted and needed. They treated me and my husband with royalty and respect, so much that I wanted to cry. We had just had a bad experience with another dealer at another dealership and I'm glad because I would have never met these two wonderful gentleman. I always pray and GOD sent me here because he knew that this was the place I should have been in the beginning. Thank you Johnathan, Jon and Hendricks BMW at South Point, you guys ROCK:). More

Top Notch Service Lead by One of The Best GM's Ever Curtis Aldershof, General Manager; Hendricks BMW of Southpoint (Hendricks), deserves a tremendous amount of credit for the way he runs his shop and hi Curtis Aldershof, General Manager; Hendricks BMW of Southpoint (Hendricks), deserves a tremendous amount of credit for the way he runs his shop and his supervisory skills because it is said that excellent customer service is a skill that can and must be taught. Mr. Aldershof has such skills and has established a culture of providing quality customer service, friendliness, and professionalism to Hendricks’ clients. I wish to thank him and staff members Brooks Bateson, Service Advisor; and Ryan Hinkel, Shop Foreman, and Jeffrey Clark, Service Lane Manager for the outstanding service and work performed on my vehicle over the years. Brooks Bateson always greets me with a smile, even when I am being a nuisance. He is ever so kind and patient and keeps me abreast of the status of my vehicle. Ryan Hinkel is “the man!” The module located in the trunk of my car was damaged thereby effecting the Bluetooth and TPM sensor. Mr. Aldershof assured me that if anybody could fix the module, Mr. Hinkel would be “the man.” Well, Mr. Hinkel delivered as promised and should be commended for an outstanding job of rewiring the module. Now I can use my cellular phone hands-free and the TPM light no longer stays on. During my professional career I learned when providing service to a client, the most important thing to diffuse a difficult situation is to apologize on behalf of “the company” and take ownership of that call. Well, Mr. Aldershof needs to be commended for such He is a take-charge type person of extreme integrity. He has a pleasant demeanor and his word is his bond. Whenever I pass by his office, he welcomes me in with a wave and a smile. Sometimes our conversations are non-work related, thought-provoking as he has shared books with me that he has found interesting. Now that really touched me and I have ordered some of those books. I, solely, enjoy conversing with Mr. Aldershof and feel as though I can talk to him about anything. He makes me feel like a valued customer because hence the reason I have been a loyal customer for so many years. Also, I wish to recognize Shawn Choudhry, Sales Manager, and William McDuffie, Client Advisor, for the assistance they provided as I pondered the thought of purchasing another BMW. Mr. Choudhry and I go way back to when I first purchased my BMW from Hendricks. During most of my visits, I make it a point to stop by and speak with him as well. I have a wonderful working relationship with most of the people at Hendricks, inclusive of the people who check me upon my arrival to the beautiful female named Laura, who assists me with a courtesy rental vehicle or shuttle ride. I would bring my dog, Sorbet, (R.I.P.) with me during every service appointment and my dog enjoyed the attention received from the staff. Hendricks provides excellent service and provides the customer with a consistently good product at the same time. Thank you so much for all you do, especially Mr. Aldershof! More

Jason Glidden did a great job analyzing not only the tire issue we brought the car in for, but identifying a second, more dangerous issue. The staff got the tires I needed installed and did the state inspect issue we brought the car in for, but identifying a second, more dangerous issue.
