The 328i was the better value and they did an amazing job of certifying and detailing it for delivery. Excellent buying experience all around. Couldn't be more pleased. More
I was provided a price on a loaner, which I was happy with, but dealership refused to accept my Corporate Fleet certificate from BMW. What is even worse, they lied to me about, and told me that i am not with, but dealership refused to accept my Corporate Fleet certificate from BMW. What is even worse, they lied to me about, and told me that i am not able to use it, which turned out to be false, after I contacted BMW directly. Very deceiving way to run a business. More

Bad customer service once they prejudge you. You never know someone’s salary based on their car or clothes. I don’t need to prove myself. To top it off, he answered a phone call and left to help another know someone’s salary based on their car or clothes. I don’t need to prove myself. To top it off, he answered a phone call and left to help another customer. You just lost business John. I will take my business to a BMW dealership that doesn’t pass judgement based on ignorance or perhaps just ask for a talented salesman on my next trip back. More
I do not doubt that some dealership aspects are well worth the time, energy, and effort based solely on the rave reviews. However, I can assure you that buying online with Travis Tighe as your Client Ca worth the time, energy, and effort based solely on the rave reviews. However, I can assure you that buying online with Travis Tighe as your Client Care Representative is not one of them during the pandemic. My wife and I decided it would be nice to have an electric vehicle as a commuter car. You know, the whole reducing your carbon footprint type of thing. So we decide we would spring for a BMW i3 with range extender. We hope that we never need the range extender, but we also know it's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it. We also see the i3 depreciates quicker than the earth's gravitational pull, generally in the neighborhood of 70-80% after 2-3 years, so we knew the used market would be the best place to shop for that particular vehicle. We found one at Southpoint that checked most of the boxes, it did not have the Tera World package, but everything else checked out. I started the online dialog with Southpoint on Monday evening shortly before they closed for the day. I received a quick reply with a heads up that they were closing and not to take offense if they stopped responding, which is more than fair. On Tuesday, I wait until shortly after 11 AM EST and begin the dialog while working from home. The person on Monday identified themselves as Travis. The person on Tuesday identified themselves as Tyler. So I am under the assumption that I am speaking with Tyler throughout this text exchange. As an out of state buyer, the representative told me that I would need to arrange delivery'shipping of the vehicle myself. I am OK doing that legwork even though I found it odd since other dealerships I've dealt with were able to arrange that on behalf of the buyer, but whatever. Next, we exchange some messages back and forth about what we're looking for, and we arrive at the deposit juncture. I took the representative that it's not as though the i3 is flying off the lots, so I would forgo placing a deposit on the car and would prefer to have my bank send a check directly to them for the car's cost should we decide to purchase from them. Once again, I faced no resistance, no pushy salesman tactics, no discussion of how the car had 100 inquiries, and for that, I was very appreciative. However, before I could get my bank to send the car's payment, I needed out the door (OTD) price. I told the associate that I had done some research, some of it being on their own Autotrader listing for the car, and that it was overpriced. It was overpriced, based on the Autotrader listing, by about $700. And it was overpriced based on nationwide sales of the same make, model, packages, and mileage, by about $1500. I provided screenshots to the associate confirming this fact and received a dismissive message that the information provided confirmed that the car is within fair market value. I asked whether the associate was ignoring the proof sent. At this point, I referred to the associate as Tyler, the name provided when the conversation began in the morning, and was corrected that the associate's name was Travis. I then told Travis that I would not play the back and forth dealership negotiation games. Travis then offered a laughable $150 discount to secure me as a customer. I then told Travis that I would not engage in the back and forth that has routinely plagued many dealerships and irritated countless customers. I know the car's value, I see the market analysis; this is not my first rodeo. If Travis refused to even so much as take my concerns to a sales, or general manager, for consideration, then I would take our business elsewhere. In today's society, brick and mortar dealerships face enormous pressure to decrease the time vehicles sit on the lot and increased pressure from the venture capitalist online startups operating with little to no overhead like Vroom and Carvana working solely in the used car market. It is laughable that Southpoint would take an approach not even to consider looking at the car in question outside of the typical dealership, "we're right, and the potential customer is wrong" approach is a losing philosophy. I was operating in good faith to get a deal done. I was not asking them to price match anyone. I asked for a fairer price that reflects the information on Southpoint's own Autotrader listing, and Travis managed even to screw that up. More

Once they get your money and you tell them you don't plan on buying anything else they really don't care whether they did the job right to begin with I'm trying to figure out if they actually change the oil on buying anything else they really don't care whether they did the job right to begin with I'm trying to figure out if they actually change the oil all the times or was that was fraudulent also.
