My service experience was amazing!!! Nate Gibson has been by far the best service manager that I have ever worked with! We first encountered BMW of Southpoint in mid 2020 when beginning a search for a new vehicle for my wife. We met with William McDuffie who could not have been more cordial and welcoming.
