As soon as you enter, you're greeted by some politely friendly folks at the front desk. Personally, I was there to buy a vehicle. However, their service area looks like a lovely place to spend some time while they perform maintenance. I had an appointment set up and made sure to arrive early, although it wasn't needed. The sales team its a team above all and they were all kind with their time and generous with their conversation. I would suggest reaching out to Quintin Williams. Finance was a pretty straightforward process. All thanks to Ryan Mckey. After completing the purchase, they offer excellent technical onboarding for your vehicle. I recently experienced a car breakdown after 6 pm by BMW South Austin, and the outstanding assistance provided by two client advisors from BMW South Austin deserves high praise. Their commitment to helping me in a challenging situation went above and beyond my expectations. The first client advisor, Andy Anzaldua arrived promptly and jumped into action to assist me. Despite their best efforts, the tools at hand proved insufficient to revive my car. Without hesitation, the second client advisor,Grant Anderson, joined in to lend a hand. Together, they worked tirelessly in the cold for an impressive three hours, demonstrating both dedication and professionalism. Despite their valiant efforts, the lack of the right tool prevented us from moving my car even an inch. However, Andy Anzaldua and Grant Anderson didn't leave me stranded. Understanding the urgency, they left a note for the service department along with my car key in the drop box. The following day, I was relieved to find that the service department had promptly addressed the issue, moving my car to the shop for necessary repairs. The seamless coordination between the client advisors and the service technician showcased a level of professionalism that is truly commendable. I am immensely grateful to Andy Anzaldua and Grant Anderson for their zealous hearts and unwavering commitment to helping me in a time of desperate need. Their actions went beyond the scope of their job, and their professionalism and kindness made a significant impact on my experience. In a world where exceptional customer service is sometimes hard to come by, BMW South Austin should take pride in having such dedicated individuals on their team. I recently had a great experience at BMW of South Austin with my service advisor, Charles Reeves. I went in for a routine oil change and had concerns about a rear parking sensor. Marty my salesman was honestly the best that I have ever had. Going in we were not ready yet to buy and he completely understood us.
