Watch out and make sure you know what you are getting into before going to this dealership. They have no intentions to listen to what customers have to say. Not just the salespersons, even the management into before going to this dealership. They have no intentions to listen to what customers have to say. Not just the salespersons, even the management has no intentions of knowing how a customer is being treated. All they need is to get rid of a car from their inventory. They will just run a credit check without even telling you what documents they need so that you would be stuck with them. Steven, a sales manager, thinks he is the only person being logical and his customers are not. He feels that the dealership and its employees are investing their time in customers. Christophe, a salesperson, thinks that customers are wasting his time when asked to test drive the vehicle more than once. I spent almost 1 and half-day at this dealership trying to purchase a car. At first, I thought the deal they offered is fair enough. I started the purchase process, submitted all the documents they asked for, and even purchased insurance for the car. Then they pulled my credit history and started asking for a document that I cannot provide at that moment. So I ended up not getting that vehicle even after investing a lot of time and effort. Disappointed with the way the process went, I gave a 1-star review and started looking at other dealerships. I found out that there are far better deals than what this dealership has offered. After I gave a 1-star review, Christophe called me saying that he can offer me a better deal if I take off the review. Hoping for a better deal, I went to the dealership again. And Christophe's words were "we had gone through a lot and we are not going to provide any better deal". Overall, I just feel that this dealership is just too deceptive. They are more interested in selling a car than understanding how a customer feels. I was more welcomed in a Honda dealership and felt that they are more customer-centric than this dealership. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership or at least making sure your deal is fair and you are being aware of what documents are needed before signing the credit check document. More

The experience could not have been better, from the Greeter in the service lane to the Porter to the Service Manager, everyone executed at an extremely high level and provided service with a smile. The facility is brand new and world class and the staff is exceptional. Special shout out to the Service Manager Joshua Rule, you definitely have gained a new satisfied client! More
