I brought my 640ix coupe in for an oil change and Charles really took care of me. BMW conducted the oil change and provided me an in-detail video of what work they did and the suggestions of services to get really took care of me. This is the 2nd time I have taken my 5 series BMW to South Austin BMW for service and on both occasions Charles Reeves and his team did a outstanding job of quickly getting my vehicle serviced and back South Austin BMW for service and on both occasions Charles Reeves and his team did a outstanding job of quickly getting my vehicle serviced and back on the road. My 2nd service call was for rear breaks and the quote was for $1,300. To my surprise when I went to pick up the vehicle the total bill was less than $600 and Charles told me that the rear rotors were in good shape and didn’t need to be replaced. I truly appreciated the great service and what rates higher in my view is the honesty and transparency vs pushing unneeded repairs. Thanks again Charles and see you in 10,000 miles when my next service is due. More
