I was referred to Nate by a friend who has purchased 2 BMW’s from Nate and recommended I work with him. I called Nate on a Friday and made an appointment on Monday. Matt has been my service advisor for 15 years. I am confident when Matt is my service advisor that all my questions will be answered, he will make certain all of my car related issues are addressed by the technicians, and will provide the needed advisement so I can make informed decisions. owning a BMW is costly to maintain and you want the best service possible and Matt never misses when it comes to deliverables. I do miss that the car is not returned washed nor will they provide a rental when loaners not available for 2 or more weeks out. Very difficult to get a loaner these days. Matt absolutely 5 stars and dealership as a whole 3-4 stars. I am happy to speak more on this survey if contacted. Thank you. More
