Almost great service I have been taking my BMW to your dealership ever since I bought my car. The personnel at your dealership have always been professional and make you feel right at home. However, I do have a complaint, not with your service department but with your telephone system. When I am dealing with a business like BMW or any other luxury car dealership I expect to talk with a “real” person when I call; this is not the case with your dealership. This last time when I called for service for my car I waited several minutes for someone to answer the phone, only to get pass on to a general tape message to leave my name and number; this has happened to me three times during my last service. I also know other coustomers have had the same experience. Sometimes I do get a person but more than not I get a tape voice mailbox. Talking to a machine is not good customer service; BMW is a luxury car and their customers should receive luxury service. More

There is absolutely no question that that the first three were all bench warmers compared to Munoz. He is the perfect person for this job: intelligent, personable, reliable, trustworthy, professional, etc. In short, I think if BMW could clone him, no other car company service centers could ever come close. Carlos does and says what he tells you he is going to do and that includes communication. Kudos to Kyle Taber are also due. He deftly defused a hot situation with a different service advisor and he gave me the great fortune of assigning my car to Carlos. I would also like to mention Duane (from NJ) whose last name I can't recall, but he made a very positive impression with his positive attitude and concern for the customer. Another individual deserving of high praise is Susan (last name unknown) who acted as ombudsman. Very professional and a delight to work with. More
