My wife and I spent 3 weeks looking for a Pre-owned BMW X3 without finding what we wanted near our home in the Orlando area. I found one at BMW of Sarasota on the BMW website. I called and spoke to Ed Sey X3 without finding what we wanted near our home in the Orlando area. I found one at BMW of Sarasota on the BMW website. I called and spoke to Ed Seymour and had a fantastic experience. Not only is he very knowledgable, he's extremely professional. Ed went above and beyond to make sure that the vehicle was what we were looking for - even going so far as to find an X3 at an unafilliated dealer nearby so that if I made the two hour drive and didn't like the vehicle I might not waste the trip. He made me feel like my wife and I getting the car we wanted was more important than him getting a sale. That's obviously not a typical experience at a car dealer. A it turned out, the vehicle was exactly as he described it. The monthly payment turned out to be a few dollars less than we had agreed on by phone - imagine that! BMW of Sarasota has sold and serviced 4 out of 6 BMW's I have enjoyed. My original service advisor was Eric Bacher who always attended to my needs in a very professional and friendly manner.
