I spoke to one person in service he said we don’t take that warranty,spoke to someone else they said I had to pay up front. I took car to Sarasota Ford they took it to BMW IT WAS COVERED, THANK YOU SARASOTA FORD! It took 8 days to replace alternator because of the run around from BMW. Brought car back to Sarasota Ford for another problem Asst. Service Manager tried talking to BMW THEY TOLD HIM THEY DO NOT make calls to get repairs covered when it’s a cooper when payment is a call away and now it will take several days longer to get repaired because bmw is lazy to make that call. More

Top of the line Customer Service I went in for a normal service call for an oil change and other minimal items.
