After another great experience with Tim recently, my husband reminded me of an anecdote which illustrates the benefit your service organization offers to the rest of your operation. I had decided to upgrade my X535d, and we started looking at various cars. My husband encouraged me to consider an Audi, but reminded me that I told him "No, I want a BMW so Tim Price can take care of it" and the Audi alternative was dropped - eventually we bought a 640i from Howard Marks (who my husbands service advisor Jacqui had recommended). Without your wonderful service team, and especially Tim Price we may have ended up with some other car (the 640i is great).
