I recently moved to the area and took my BMW for service. The agent carefully selected what to tell me to lure me into getting -"the windshield wipers are $40, like the store" "the concentrated windshield cleaner it's only $3" - and what not to tell me -they charged me $30.99 for a $2 retail battery for the car key, $14 to spray frigi-fresh in the cabin filter, which is more than a whole new can, retail price, and like that who knows what else. $200 for a non-required wheel alignment you can get done for about half in most places -not told the price. I understand that everybody needs to make a profit. At the same time, one can assume a fair price, even high for being BMW, but some things are outrageous, especially when you have been told what seemed normal prices for 2-3 items so it looks like it makes sense to get everything done in there, but then not told the prices of others. To add to it, one of the windshield wipers doesn't wipe in the middle -if you don't even bother to check that a windshield wiper does what it's supposed to do, I wonder about everything else you do there. I was told I was going to get a call in 2-3 days after my service to check that everything was OK, and a survey email, and I waited and waited for it to mention the wipers -never had a call, email, nothing. I eventually emailed the agent to cancel my scheduled service for next year explaining all this. He never called with an explanation, an apology, nothing. I just received an automated email saying that the appointment had been cancelled. I guess the have enough customers being one of the few BMW places in the area and could not care less. I live 45 min from the dealership so it's not even worth going there to get and then spend an hour to get it replaced. Disappointed of paying BMW service prices to get this service, so of course not coming back. I am seeing now the reviews in here so I guess my case is not the only one. More
I was looking for a 2021 BMW X1 for my daughter. This dealer had one of two M-sport models within 500 miles of me (Fresno). I received a great deal from Sales manager Cameron right off the bat with no negotiation required. I was also able to take advantage of BMW rebates and loyalty credit. My salesperson was Azzeddin and he was super friendly and accommodating. I am a BMW enthusiast and have purchased many, many BMW's. This purchase was the easiest by far. I highly recommend BMW of Roseville. More

I was not happy with my original salesperson. I went back and worked with Gina and purchased a different vehicle. She was very easy to work with and the finance person was very through and knowledgeable and made the process painless. The only thing I was not satisfied with was the car was not detailed as promised and not ready at the appointed time. I mentioned this but no offer was made to have me bring it back. I feel as if once the papers were signed, they don't care anymore. More
I purchased a 2014 I3 a few months ago, upon closer inspection at home I could see one whole side of the car had been repainted poorly, bad paint job, no clear coat, overspray on bumpers, paint peeling inspection at home I could see one whole side of the car had been repainted poorly, bad paint job, no clear coat, overspray on bumpers, paint peeling on sill-obviously it had been in an unreported accident. While being pressured to buy a long term maintenance contract, I was given a brochure outlining the benefits, including a rental car. I was lied to by this salesperson, my friend referred me to the sales guy he bought two cars from. He negotiated incredible deals with them for his two cars. When I test drove a car I liked I gave an offer to the sales guy he bought two cars from. He negotiated incredible deals with them for his two cars. When I test drove a car I liked I gave an offer and the sales guys told me they do not negotiate price, the price was above KBB. I walked away and will never return. They lost a customer. I DO NOT recommend this place, go to another dealership. More

Everything was Kosher, a deal was structured, and prices were set. My husband forwarded over his personal information, including his license and that's when the racism started to begin. Besides him not taking us serious anymore, it seemed as if he was pushing us to the back burner. It got to the point where my husband felt as if he was chasing his own tail. Peter Galanakis did not believe that a black man can afford a BMW outright and started getting a bit aggressive with how he wanted to the structure the purchase. As someone who deals with customers and clients on a daily basis, I treat each and every single one of them as my priority and make SURE they're tailored to. The direction that Peter Galanakis took was absolutely repulsive to say the least. He was outright racist and disregarded any sympathy of human decency. He was rude and upright obnoxious. He never believed we were able to make the purchase and he believed a black person can't afford to buy a German manufactured vehicle in cash. I would NEVER refer or recommend anybody to buy a car from this dealership or ever deal with Peter Galanakis. He ruined the total experience of buying a new vehicle and he also ruined the experience of wanting a BMW. More
In 2016 I bought a 2013 BMW 528i (my first used car), and I was sold a 84 month service contract that I was told would cover all services next 7 years (I paid $3,400). This week I went for my early oil change and found out that my service contract will expire next month, and the service contract that I purchases started from when the car was new, and I in reality only have been able to use the contract for 4 years. Lesson learned.. never buy a service contract, unless you drive a lot of miles More
