Everyone was incredibly helpful at BMW of Roseville. This is my 3rd car I have purchased from this dealership and there is a reason I keep coming back. We were instantly greeted with a friendly face, Tyler, who very knowledgeable, thorough and a pleasure to work with. We traded a vehicle in and got a fair offer (higher than the one I had just received from CarMax). We also financed through BMW and their financial advisor was an absolute pleasure to work with. 5 star to everyone at BMW of Roseville! More

The staff were very efficient they went over the work that we done on the car and let me know as soon as it was completed. Since it's electric and has a short range it would have been nice if it had bee that we done on the car and let me know as soon as it was completed. Getting the same service on my Toyota Prime costs a small fraction of what I was charged for my BMW. More

I found out something wrong with my rear right tire and dropped off my car at the services department without any appointment. Nghia Nguyen is my services advisor and he ordered a brand new tire for replac dropped off my car at the services department without any appointment.
