Andrew was great, considerate and respectful. He made the decision making process seamless, and was patient with us as we evaluated which vehicle was the best fit for us. The vibe of this dealership is very easy and not high pressure at all... until you get the finance department. Our only negative was David, the Finance Manager. He was too slick for my liking. He wasn't honest with the information he used when offering the warranties, same with some of the paperwork we had to sign (front license plate, catalytic converter). We later discovered he misled us with several of his remarks. We feel this actually prohibited us from making good informed decisions. Overall he was the opposite of the sales department. Disappointing for sure. More
