The next morning I went to my BMW dealership to see if the cost of the 2 tires could be covered through my protection package. I was directed to Jeff Pegg, who in a very friendly and professional way discussed the situation and options with me, preparing things to be fixed as we went along (no need of appointments or any special requirements form his part). He was very understanding and advised on applying the protection package if it could be confirmed that the condition of the 2 busted tires fell under the protection package, which was the way the problem got resolved. Jeff proved to be very diligent, accessible, and focused on solving the issue at hand. I will definitely look for him for future car services. More
