I had a very hectic travel schedule during the purchase process and it was accommodated with ease. Additionally, I'm a pretty impatient person and expected the pick-up process to take some time but it was extremely quick and efficient. I signed a few dotted lines, then Frank quickly, yet patiently, helped me learn all of the key functionality, set up a few things and I was on my way. I hope to have this vehicle for years to come but will definitely be back to BMW of Rochester Hills when it's time to consider another one. More
