He acted as a guide through the process and even indicated some competing vehicles that I should test drive to compare. I had a fantastic experience recently with Bavarian BMW in Shelby Township, MI. Erick Grabruck was my primary sales associate, and he did a great job walking me through the alternatives I was researching. in Shelby Township, MI. He was incredibly flexible, much more so than other dealers I had worked with in the past. He was also very transparent, and the actual negotiation process was not the typical 'black box' process that many dealers employed. We openly discussed all of the pertinent lease terms, and I am sure that both parties walked away feeling that we got a fair deal. I ended up choosing to lease a 2013 5 Series and Erick's team did an excellent job getting me up to speed on the latest features and functionality; a lot had changed since I purchased my last car (2011 335xi). It should also be noted that they had a 5 Series on their lot that very closely replicated the exact car I was planning to order, which was obviously very convenient. This speaks to the inventory that they carry, which was very impressive. The dealership's new sales manager, Matthew Vazana, was also extraordinarily friendly and easy to deal with. He even re-opened the dealership on a Sunday so that my fiancee could approve of the car and we could close the deal before we headed to Chicago. It was a fantastic experience and I would recommend Erick and his whole team to anybody in the market for a new BMW. I couldn't be happier with my car or the overall experience. More
