This dealership is one of 5 that I ventured to in search of my next vehicle. My husband and I prefer to lease vehicles and have been looking for a month or two. In the soon to be 8 years (8 days from now is our next wedding anniversary!) We have leased or owned 10 different vehicles some luxury brand others not. I work in customer service in the health field so with these facts and mind we can be very particular shoppers. Frank S. was my salesman and he was wonderful. When I stepped in the dealership I was not having a good day and his response was "well let's give you a good experience then". This was my first visit of quite a few visits and phone calls and he was polite, professional, friendly and all around nice every time I went in or called him. My first visit I test drove an X1, he spent the time to explain all the features in a thorough but concise manner. He did not insult me as I have been in the past by assuming because I am a woman that a) I don't know anything about cars or b) I am only interested in safety. After the drive he sat down and discussed numbers and when I told him I had other vehicles to look at he didn't pressure me but instead inquired if there was anything else I needed and if I had any questions in the future to please contact him. He respected my wish to be emailed only while every other sales person I encountered during my recent search despite me asking them to only email me all called me and left messages on my phone. Every email I sent him he emailed a return within the business day quite promptly. The rest of the dealership was just as friendly and helpful. Every time I called the receptionist was always friendly and personable and calls were always answered promptly. I am a coffee addict so I love that they have an automated machine that freshly brews coffee. They also have soda and tea which is good as my husband prefers pop. The building is always clean including the restrooms. I really liked the way the X1 drove so I went back to the dealership as second time, this time with my husband so he could test drive the vehicle as well. I appreciated that Frank did not treat me any differently when my husband was there. We arrived close to closing and were tired from a long time when we asked if there was a vending machine he offered us snack bars from his own personal stash! My husband liked the vehicle as well but still wasn't 100% sold as I was, again Frank provided us information but without pressuring us. After test driving and researching 7 different vehicles (including the X1) I knew what I wanted. Then they had a Black Friday sale! I didn't even know dealerships did such a thing as I'm not a huge Black Friday shopper. My husband liked the price as he feels it is VERY important to get value from whatever money you spend. After mulling over our decision all day I emailed Frank about 35 minutes to closing time (I know a little last minute but no one every complained). We had discussed several lease scenarios and I choose two of the points that I was interested in and said if those conditions were still available I would sign on the dotted line that day. He and his manager were true to their word and with five minutes to spare for the business day (on a Saturday on top of that!) I had the things Frank and I had discussed in the last 3-4 weeks in writing and ready to go. The manager, Matthew, came out to great me as they always do and even though it was after closing time everyone continued to be friendly and welcoming. They even offered to get the vehicle ready for me that day! I waited of course till the next business day but I still appreciated the offer. Despite the fact that I was late (yes I have time management issues although this time it wasn't my fault) everything went smoothly. The business manager David was professional as well and made all the paper signing and legal stuff smooth and fluid. Frank of course made sure there was a full tank of gas and went over every feature in a concise yet thorough manner. Another thing I really like about this dealership is the employees really appear to like each other and that makes for a great environment. They definitely provide the luxury experience! I know when my lease is up I WILL lease another BMW from Frank, Matthew and the rest of there crew. I love my car and I love the service that it came with. My wife and I have been buying BMW's from Bavarian for nearly 10 years; 7 so far. A few months ago, my 2009 528xi suffered an unusual failure from the radiator. Small rocks penetrated the front grill and punctured holes into the radiator nearly disabling the car. I brought it in on a Friday mid afternoon. Ben and Mike in service were able to get me into a loaner until the problem could be resolved. Since it was physical damage caused by debris, the repair would not be covered by my warranty. Sammi in sales, who we have purchased 6 of our 7 BMW's from, great to have him back, recommended filing a claim with our insurance company (State Farm). Service knew my car is critical as I am on the road daily seeing clients, they expedited the repair to get me up and running. The first estimate came back from State Farm just under $400. They said to use a recycled part and charge labor well below your standard rate. Don, thank you for taking my call, your advice on the potential issues with a recycled part and potential void of my warranty if this part would fail. State Farm reconsidered and up the claim to nearly $1K covering the majority of the repair. Don, you were also kind enough to add in a full detail. This level of understanding and service is why I continue to tell others of this story and recommend Bavarian. Recently, I turned in my 2009 528xi for the 2013 528xi. Sammi and Eric worked hard to get this deal done and I appreciate their dedication with putting up with me. After a two week period of looking for a BMW 525, we found exactly what we were looking for here. Dave the business manager and Eric were equally enjoyable. I wish there was a higher rating for friendliness, as these men certainly earned it. If you're in the market for a used BMW or any other vehicle they may have on their lot, I would highly recommend visiting them. It was a very enjoyable experience. More
