I ordered a replacement key fob for my car and had to make two trips to dealership: the first trip was to place order and the second to activate the new fob. Initially, employees seemed unfamiliar with the process due to our purchase of the MAX Protection Plan upon leasing the car at the dealership. However, once Jonathan Perez stepped in to manage the situation everything proceeded smoothly. Based on this experience, I will request Jonathan for any of my future appointments. He handled my request with care, ease, and understanding! In addition, our Salesperson, Tarik Graham stopped in to greet me during both visits, which was such a delight. We have had a lot of cars over the years, and he is by MILES our favorite salesperson. A recommendation would be to streamline the process of parts (i.e. key fobs) for those who are customers from the dealership who have the protection plan rather than multiple visits.
