In addition, I didn't have to go without a vehicle and was given a loaner car until the work on my vehicle was completed. I was worried about the friendliness of a BMW dealership, but those worries were put to a rest when I arrived. Everyone from the shuttle driver, who was a former high school student at my school to Brian!! Thank you!! More

Long wait for service. A great thing about this dealership is that I'm always able to get a loaner to use while my car is being serviced. Service Michael Pope sold me our BMW in November 2013. Since that time he always takes my calls and does what he can to facilitate my questions. I recently Michael Pope sold me our BMW in November 2013. Since that time he always takes my calls and does what he can to facilitate my questions. I recently asked him about bringing in my car for it's annual service and he set it all up for me with Amy. I drove from Orange County to Palm Springs to get it serviced because they really seem to care and always give me personalized service. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
