Sandy gave me excellent service. Thank you Very good service.. She was the only one who understood that I did not feel comfortable driving the car over 125 miles with the check engine light on. Oil change I am giving four stars because I feel that it is very important to clean off the top plastic intake cover where oil is poured into the engine instead I am giving four stars because I feel that it is very important to clean off the top plastic intake cover where oil is poured into the engine instead of cleaning off the whole top and around the oil Could've been A little more tidier especially from BMW dealership other than that my overall experience was excellent are you are my check ups and inspections and oil changes from BMW of Palm Springs I also would like to add that in the past I have open my hood after an oil change and found a couple Plastic caps either not screwed on tight or not put back on and just hanging off so I making a point to check recheck before I leave I feel sometimes they get in a rush and just want to send me on my way More
