Poor customer service. I’m not sure what a service riders job is but I know what it’s not. After receiving a call that my car was ready I came and picked my car up after t I’m not sure what a service riders job is but I know what it’s not. After receiving a call that my car was ready I came and picked my car up after three hours and it was dirtier than when I brought it in. I didn’t bring it in for car wash just the $250 oil change. As I was going on a trip I asked him to do a thorough inspection and let me know if there was anything that needed to be done. As it picked my car up there was no mention of anything wrong in fact the service writer was on the phone and just handed the paperwork to the cashier. When I got to Las Vegas I read over the report and found on the back page that it stated the engine mounts haves “COLLAPSED”. Now it was Sunday and that freaked me out. Imagine you having to go through a day not knowing if your car was safe. Are you really that busy? Maybe this post will help. Rich Pomada More

Customer focused attention I was pleasantly surprised to be so warmly welcomed and listened to when I brought my BMW in for its time routine check. The process was easy and more importantly they went over and above to change my fob battery and and get me some bandaids for a blister I suddenly got! My experience was very positive and it made me sore my 4 year old BMW more.... even though the loaner was a brand new 2019 model I never knew about. More

Short in the wiring system Chris was a great guy!!! Unfortunately, the main problem was not solved. On the way home, the fuse blew again on the AC system. There is a problem Chris was a great guy!!! Unfortunately, the main problem was not solved. On the way home, the fuse blew again on the AC system. There is a problem within the wiring and it is hard to find. It is sad to pay $350 dollars and not get the problem solved. More
