I used the online scheduling tool, received a confirmation email and they were ready for me when I showed up. Due to my location they provided shuttle service both directions. There was no up selling attempt for services not needed and everyone I interacted with was very nice and helpful. You’ll pay dealership pricing but can trust your car is in good hands. More
