Nick shellberg and Mgr Brian Coster were phenomenal. My son had recently passed away and I brought it to another dealership for service . 2 months later I decided I would purchase the vehicle. In the midst of my deepest despair both Nick and Brian helped me tremendously. I cannot thank you enough for their outstanding service. I am now confident that my vehicle is professionally serviced and ready to be driven in Virginia. Nick Shellberg also gave me the “101”.( In other words those moms and dads that are technically challenged lol) for my son’s favorite vehicle ! I had a dealer-issued coupon for $75 off my tires, but I was unable to use it despite there being no mention in the fine print that tires were excluded. When I dropped off my vehicle, I informed the service was unable to use it despite there being no mention in the fine print that tires were excluded. When I dropped off my vehicle, I informed the service advisor that I’d be using a coupon this time as well. The cashier claimed I had already received a discount, which was untrue, as the final price I paid was higher than the original quoted price after tax. A representative who reviewed my invoice confirmed that no discount had been applied. I’ve successfully used a similar coupon for a tire purchase in the past without any issues. Unfortunately, this experience was incredibly frustrating. No one seemed willing to help, and since my service advisor wasn’t available, I ended up paying the full amount despite having the coupon. More
