Bad experience. Dropped car off on 4/3. Didn't hear from Rich at all on 4/4. Received a video at 5:13pm with the cars's issues. I had to call Rich to get the est Dropped car off on 4/3. Never received it on 4/4. I had to call BMW on 4/5 to get the status. I was informed that Rich was off on 4/5 so they transferred me to someone else who then sent me the estimate and informed me the part needed to be ordered and that it wouldn't get there til 4/8. Luckily I received a text on 4/7 saying my car is ready. Very poor communication here...really the first time I had a bad experience with you. More

I was pleased with the service, only disappointment is that this BMW location doesn’t provide loaner cars. That’s not good for customers to miss out on work to spend money. Don’t believe I met with a Marc Boomsma, my salesman was Sid, arrived around 10:30 3-3-25, long busy day, when I left it was close to 5pm most of everything as far as trade in and sales contract was done pr Sid, arrived around 10:30 3-3-25, long busy day, when I left it was close to 5pm most of everything as far as trade in and sales contract was done prior to this and when I showed up at 20:30 on 3-3-25 my veg was prepped with ceramic coat inside and out, I wasn’t 100% sold on it so I asked to please contact me before, when I arrived I wasn’t informed it was already applied , I was given a discount because of the confusion, I just hope it works as promised, from what I hear you have to hand wash these ceramic coated cars and I’m way past hand washing any vehicle so I’m concerned I was about to abort half way through the at home finance process because print was to small on my I-pad and I wasn’t comfortable signing something I couldn’t read, Sid came up with an idea that worked so I was able to complete the process, thanks to Sid he got the job done, one last thing when I tried to use my radar detector from my trade in the detector didn’t work, when I got home I tried it in my wife’s car and it worked so I need to have someone look into this when I get the time, other than that I very much enjoy the vehicle so far, once again thanks to Sid for walking me through the financial info part.
