My customer service experience was spot on. I received text messages and videos throughout the process to keep me posted on what was happening while they had my vehicle. Ron Snipe is a very valuable member of the BMW service team. I have been a client since 2006, and he is the best service advisor I’ve ever had. Was disappointed at first as the service representative that was scheduled was off sick that day and no one picked up his appointments.
