I had to ask my service advisor his name after I signed the service agreement. Even though it was raining, I heard other service advisors ask if the client wanted their car washed, I was never asked. When my vehicle was ready, it was parked outside across from the swrvice entrance and it was raining. Normally it is inside and I drive it out. Other customers vehicle was given to them inside. I was told they were busy and had to park it outside. There were no other cars outside, only mine. I didn't like the service advisor this time but I know you have better ones than the one I got. More
I was dissatisfied with the service when I had my car towed to the dealership on 6/23/2023 due hitting an object which led to a flat tire. My car did not come with a spare because when purchased (another dealership) I was told that they were "flat run tires." I was informed by Jason in the Service Department that they were not "flat run tires" and the right front rim and tire were damaged, both needed to be replaced. and would be ordered and should be ready in 3 days or so. He also emailed me pictures of the damaged rim that needed to be ordered. Jason kept me and my son updated in a timely manner. My son requested the damaged tire because I did not drive once I realized the tire was flat and it should not have sustained damage that required replacement. However when I picked up the car on 6/29 my son examined the tire in the presence of Jason and noted there was no defect and did not need replacing. Jason had no valid explanation for replacing the tire. Therefore I paid to replace a good tire that was totally unnecessary. My previous interactions with this service department were satisfactory but this time was very upsetting. More
