No communication! Advised that the software update would take around 45 minutes, my wife and I were still in dealership 3.5 hours later! I had to ask on 3 occasions wh Advised that the software update would take around 45 minutes, my wife and I were still in dealership 3.5 hours later! I had to ask on 3 occasions what was happening? The service department advised it would be 10 minutes longer! Another 30 minutes later I’m asking again!!! Customer service is appalling! More
