His demeanor was pleasant in answering my novice questions & gave accurate information about the time element i handling my car intake upon arrival. I brought my car in because the air wasn’t working. I brought my car in last year; and the same issue happened again. I called my previous advisor John, and he told me It wasn’t covered.
