While I have given other BMW dealerships in the Chicago-land area a chance to earn my business, no one has come close to providing an over excellent. For me, it's worth driving the extra 45 minutes to get the best deal on a car (new or used). Doug Panko was my sales consultant working closely with the sales manager James Subka. Doug will provide the highest level of customer service and product knowledge while James thoroughly evaluates the deal and will truly beat any price you can find on a new or used car (I've purchased both new and used from BMW Orland Park). I shopped for vehicles in Orland Park and visited approximately 10 prior to arriving at BMW. It was a cold winter evening, and every sales person I met reflected the weather. He spent 20 minutes familiarizing me with every aspect of the vehicle and customizing settings for all options. Ordered a 335i convert. and made it a point to say "I'm in no hurry". CA still mislead me as to how long the wait was. When I tried to cancel order I was threaten with legal action!!. After 2 days of back in no hurry". CA still mislead me as to how long the wait was. When I tried to cancel order I was threaten with legal action!!. After 2 days of back and forth they tossed in a car alarm(I have to pay for install) and wood shiftknob. But still no production number after month and a half. Call BMWUSA and spoke to customer service and THE NEXT DAY I had a production number!! I will keep you informed when I attempt to pick up car (beginning of Oct.) I say attempt 'cause I'm not taking anymore stuff off these guys. More
