He got me through the process and then made sure I understood everything about the car, and even took the time to call and hook up my phone, radio and roadside assistance, which is not his responsibility. Gus made sure when I drove off the lot that I was comfortable and knowledgable about the car! Infact, everyone I came in contact with at BMW were phenomenal!
