As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a friendly smile by DJ Snyder. The dealership is clean. He showed me around the new facility. DJ came across as a person who really enjoyed working there. I went to the BMW dealership in Orland Park after an oil light came on in my car. After asking the service advisor about it, ( D. Scaletta ) I was asked if I had an owners manual and that I should have read light came on in my car. After asking the service advisor about it, ( D. Scaletta ) I was asked if I had an owners manual and that I should have read it then I would have known about my car burning oil. He was very rude in my opinion about how he answered my question. I would never recommend this dealership or its service department to anyone. This is not the first unpleasant experience that I have encountered at this dealership. More
