Hidden Costs I leased my 5 Series from Ziegler’s in Orland Park. It had more than 7k miles on it. I was assured that each service is covered for an additional 50k I leased my 5 Series from Ziegler’s in Orland Park. It had more than 7k miles on it. I was assured that each service is covered for an additional 50k miles. At 54k , they want to charge me for everything including routine service. The finance guy had only one word to say, “Iam sorry, you were mis informed”. He wants me to pay $2400 for extra coverage. Did not even know where did I get the car from , FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! If you still want to get a car from here, which I will not recommend anymore, be careful with all warranties. More

Very Unhappy With Unsafe Brand New Car On May 16, 2018, I bought a car from BWM of Orland Park. I bought a brand new 2018 BMW X3. I traded in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Willie Edition with 21,0 On May 16, 2018, I bought a car from BWM of Orland Park. I bought a brand new 2018 BMW X3. I traded in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Willie Edition with 21,000 miles and they gave me $22,000.00 for it. I loved my Jeep but I needed more room so I decided to get a BMW. I bought the 2018 BMW X3 with only 90 miles on it. The salesman was Eddie Steffan and when he dropped off the BMW to my office he told me there were 2 lights on it and that it would be taken care of on Wednesday the 23rd of May and that it just needed a new battery and needed to be reset. I said ok and then they called me that afternoon a Jason Jakubowski from that Orland location called me and said that they needed to get parts from BMW plant because its actually an airbag issue and can't give her back the BMW to drive cause its dangerous. I then contacted the Manger who is Michael Messer who told me that its impossible that this happened. I told him the vehicle is in his shop and to talk to the salesman about it. Turns out the salesman was right next to him and did confirm I was right. At this point I just wanted my Jeep back because I bought a brand new BMW which I paid $52,900.00 for and its having airbag issues. They told me my Jeep was already sold and that they can't refund the sale even though its only been a short time. Then I asked to speak to the General Manager of the store because Michael Messer told me that this was above his pay grade and that is who we are supposed to talk to. However, he never transferred me to the GM or had the GM call me back. I told him that at this point all I want is another BMW X3 because this car is unsafe. He told me that I need to call some sort of warranty service and that he would no longer help me. I feel really cheated and I would advise that nobody buy a vehicle from this location ever again. I paid a lot for a brand new car and I did not receive that car and am now being told its going to take at least 3 weeks to fix the car once they even find out what the problem actually is. I am not sure why they would sell a car to me or anyone if they knew it was unsafe and the lights were already on the car when it was dropped off. The purpose of my post is to ensure that people are very aware of how this car dealership sells bad vehicles and how they treat their customers after they purchase a car. The managers are very disrespectful and talk to you in a certain way to belittle you instead of trying to help their customers. Please be very leary of this dealership. More
