BMW Had my car for two and a half hours after it got towed in and I was asked could I leave my car because the car will need 4 hours of work.. That was a complete lie I watched my own certified BMW tec towed in and I was asked could I leave my car because the car will need 4 hours of work.. That was a complete lie I watched my own certified BMW technician do the job in 2 hours on my car and on top of that I was quoted $1,000 from the dealership to do this work that they wanted me to leave my car for because it was going to take oh so long. This is the first time I have this treatment at this dealership which I have been utilizing them for the last two and a half years I did not have my usual salesman so maybe this is why.. I've dealt with the same salesman for the last two and a half years and whatever was worked out whatever got fixed whatever got diagnosed it was always a good business situation I felt rushed I felt as if honestly the dealership didn't want to do business with me that day that's just honestly how I felt never felt that way with my regular salesman. I will say they did provide me with the complementary shuttle to take me home. I’ve brought my bmw into other dealerships and was treated much better than I was at this one. No courtesy car available, the shuttle was mysteriously ‘in the city’, and they had my car for SEVEN days treated much better than I was at this one.
