Small dealership, unprofessional sales people If you haven't read my prior reviews about this dealer, then you should. I go to this dealer strictly for service and repair, I absolutely do not buy from this place anymore...My experiences date back from 2012 to present including a failed extortion attempt by the former sales manager Elias, a former sales rep David Morgan thinking its ok to raise his voice to me on several occasions, harassed off the dealership lot by the current sales manager Lou Camerota. Elias attempted to extort 1k from me saying I was putting down $2500, it would show $1500 down and to give him the 1k difference in cash. This might be part of the reason he is no longer working there, I believe he left soon after. A former sales rep, David Morgan, felt its ok to yell/raise his voice to me on several occasions, also no longer with the dealership. My last experience included being harassed off the lot by Lou Camerota after dropping off my car for service while walking home. I was approached by Lou in the rain instead of inside the dealership in front of witnesses, I was headed home at time, did not have time to speak and argue about unwanted mailings the dealer was sending to me.. He proceeded to follow me a good 50 feet off the lot, making disparaging comments in an attempt to get a statement from me. Unable to do so, he became upset and was yelling at this point.. Do yourself a favor, go to a more reputable dealership, even if you have to drive a good hour or more. More

After I got home, I started to think how negative reviews sometimes don't reflect the true story. Before I begin, I have leased many cars. This particular BMW was NOT leased from here. It came from FL. As my lease ended, BMW said you can bring it to any dealership and just drop it off. The first few dealerships I called had specific people whom I'd leave a message for and never call back. I like research and after reading the reviews, it seemed like BMW of Bridgeport was the best. But I called and no one got back to me. So I decided to give BMW of New London a call and had my mind already set for a "whatever". But, wow, wow, wow... Ryan O'Connor was simply out of this world. Have you ever met someone for the first time where you are so comfortable, it almost seem like you have known them forever? This was how I felt with Ryan. He was so kind, genuine, humble, thoughtful, knowledgeable and impressed me so much that, after I got home, I vowed to see negative reviews in a different light. This dealership I think is under new management and this review is written 02/22/2020. Please, please give them a chance. If you have a bad experience, please call and specifically ask for Ryan. Trust me, you won't regret it. I am not rich ok, but the treatment I have received turning my lease in when it wasn't even from here - origination is something I can never forget. To Management: Thanks for hiring Ryan. He is a true gem. He is compassionate and comes across very, very, honest. That is your money maker right there. Simply amazing and truly the best. My interaction with him let me know there are indeed, still honest and good people out there. Thank you so much and BMW of New London:). More

Great service provided by Stephen Pescatello and Team When people are looking to purchase a new vehicle they often do not realize how important having a great service support team is until you need them. When people are looking to purchase a new vehicle they often do not realize how important having a great service support team is until you need them. Stephen took care of servicing my BMW 650i and I appreciate his insite as far as purchasing an extended warranty and service program in the future. He recommended that we revisit in 6 months and that they will take a look at my vehicle to see what it needs then or will need in the future and then suggest an appropriate plan if makes sense. Stephen cares about his customers and takes good care of them. I recommend this dealership to everyone. More

Likes to mail you offers to upgrade a car you no longer own This dealer likes to mail out offers to upgrade a vehicle you no longer own, they've sent me several offers detailing a payment amount and terms to up This dealer likes to mail out offers to upgrade a vehicle you no longer own, they've sent me several offers detailing a payment amount and terms to upgrade a 2015 BMW which they should know was totaled roughly two years ago. When I complained, they tried to say the mailings were a result of me submitting an info request online, any such request has nothing to do with mail offers they send. They supposedly removed me from their list, have gone on to sell my address to a third party selling an extended warranty contract. I was in today,9/10, for service, the General Manager harassed me off the lot...I did not have the time to argue about the offers they sent, was headed home, which I stated to him several times. He stated I should take my car to another dealer for service, continued to harass. My request not to contact should include in person as well, this dealer is unbelievable. These guys can’t get nothing right. I wrote a review earlier this year about bad customer service and now it seems like they can get nothing right. Bought oil and oil filter for my car w I wrote a review earlier this year about bad customer service and now it seems like they can get nothing right. Bought oil and oil filter for my car which they already have information on. Now I have my car up on the jack, oil filter removed and sitting here with a wrong filter. My wife was suppose to us the vehicle tomorrow for work. Called in and explained the situation and was told that parts department was closed for the day and to come back tomorrow. How has this place been able to stay in business? In all my time dealing with Girard, never has it been smooth business. More

This was our 3rd BMW, the first one was in 2004, we have always gone to BMW of New London, their service is the BEST around, We walked in to test driv This was our 3rd BMW, the first one was in 2004, we have always gone to BMW of New London, their service is the BEST around, We walked in to test drive an X3 since we had 2 others, but we were not totally happy with it, they brought us an X5 to test drive and we fell in love with it. We did our homework so we knew what we would pay, EVERYONE was super friendly and helpful, from our salesman Wheeler Johnson, Ryan O'Connor and of course the Genius Jake Werrbach. I always feel like I am family when I walk in the door. Steven Pescatello is my Service advisor and he always takes great care of my cars. There is not one negative thing I can say about anyone there. They are all AWESOME !! Thank you for everything, I would never go anywhere else... More
