A dealership that cares pre- and post- sale! While some dealers have the deserved reputation of “taking advantage of the customers”. Nothing could be farther from the truth at BMW of Morristown. I had a difficult repair situation that General Manager Steve Hodossy and his team handled professionally and with empathy. I've purchased two vehicles from them in the past and they have my loyalty for life. Well deserving of BMW Center of excellence dealer for 4 years, and JD Power dealer of the year in 2019. Thank you. Sales was fine, management was extremely discou This was a dealership experience that has turned me off to the BMW brand at least for quite some time. Sales was fine, management was extremely discourteous and not engaged in attempts to resolve an issue. After much chasing the proposed solution was unacceptable and insulting. I ended up resolving the matter with a non-BMW dealer. Now the proud owner of Jeep Grand Cherokee with a 5.7L V8, which in my view equals the quality, drive, and luxury of the X5, albeit with out the same prestige.However, that was an easy trade off seeing how little the prestige got me in terms of customer service. More

I had my brake lines flushed (normal service) on the i3, and a charger locking solenoid replaced. This was last winter, and the car has been perfect since! They were also happy to provide me with a wonderful loaner car. Great marketing! I'll recommend the i3 to anyone. It's solid! Thanks so much for your honesty and attention to detail. You're awesome! Somewhat aloof regarding the price and features of the car with zero negotiation to be had. ‘Client Advisor’ was clueless when asked about a video walk around. Ballpark trade in value was laughable. They had a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude which came across as rude. With so much competition, you’d think they’d do much more to earn business, but not in this case. Look elsewhere. More

My first three leases were from BMW of Bloomfield, but my work has been bringing me to the Morristown area so this would be more convenient. I was unfortunately given Brian Desrosiers as a consultant. During the negotiation process, he told me while screaming “to go back to the ghetto and buy my cheap BMW there, because he was through”. I’ve never heard such an unprofessional outburst in any of my car buying experiences. Would Mr, Desrosiers appreciate his mother, wife, etc spoken to in this manner? Additionally, the managers were aware of his behavior and offered no apologies. Apparently Mr. Desrosiers is in need of training on how to treat a client. I allowed the owner of BMW of Morristown to address this disturbing incident but have heard nothing. Apparently Mr. Desrosiers’ disrespectful attitude towards female clients is accepatable. You can count on me to repeat this example of complete disrespect to everyone I meet! More

I allowed the owner to address the shocking and disgusting experience I unfortunately had with one of his salespeople. He did nothing to rectify the situation. I guess when you marry the owner’s daughter and given the keys to the dealership, you can feel invincible. If you allow the dregs you’ve hired to continue with their gutter mentality, I doubt if Open Road will be in business in the long run. More
