This dealership is trash. I'm so glad i did not end up traveling all the way from the midwest to buy a car, based on the countless 1-star reviews. The lack of communication is appalling, and so are the hi traveling all the way from the midwest to buy a car, based on the countless 1-star reviews. The lack of communication is appalling, and so are the hidden fees. How is the total price $4k more than advertised? Ridiculous. At the beginning, I was waiting 24 hours for a response. I was trying to schedule someone to come test drive the car and I guess they got impatient because after a week, they stopped responding to me. I followed up countless times for almost two weeks - nothing. Then I submitted an inquiry online and one of the same employees called me back and said "well we wanted you to make a final decision. We have been going back and forth for months". That is a complete lie, and I called the employee on it. We had been going back and forth for 3 weeks, and for 2 of those weeks, I was following up with no response. So really, 1 week. Also, a not so gentle reminder that a customer can ask as many questions as they want, and it is your responsibility as an employee to answer them. After all of that, I never received and apology, and they haven't reached back out. Irresponsible, unprofessional, and terrible customer service. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone with a driver's license. Go elsewhere. More

I had given this dealership a 5 star review and I maintain that my first two vehicles purchased from Omar were great experiences. However, my last purchase has been far from that. I bought my last maintain that my first two vehicles purchased from Omar were great experiences. However, my last purchase has been far from that. I bought my last purchase in August and have still have yet to receive my registration and transfer plates despite numerous attempts. That, however, was one of the minor issues I have had. More importantly, my new vehicle purchase also has had service issues that have since been discussed with Steve Hodossy who is the General Manager and sadly I am disappointed in the way I have been treated as a longstanding customer. My phone calls/emails were not returned until I reached out several times and there has been no resolution to my concerns to date. I have therefore unfortunately lost all credibility and respect for this dealership and can no longer recommend. I regret purchasing my vehicle from this dealership and hope this review can help someone else make a better and more informed decision. More

I feel cheated My car was fixed by them as the warning was coming up "Engine Hot, Drive Moderately". However I think it was just a sensor problem as this was up even My car was fixed by them as the warning was coming up "Engine Hot, Drive Moderately". However I think it was just a sensor problem as this was up even if you start the car after a week in freezing cold. They diagnosed that the expansion tank had a crack so I was charged around 1500$ for the replacement. 6 months forward, the warning came up again. I brought the car back with the impression that it must be sensor and no I am suspecting whether they really replaced that expansion tank? To my dismay, without even looking at it the agent told me it could be something else related. And now they sent me a report : Perform brake system fluid exchange (Found brake fluid excessively dirty/contaminated) x Fail $250.00 Diagnose oil leak (Found engine oil leak) x Fail $179.00 FAULTS STORED FOR TURBOCHARGER COOLANT PUMP CONTROL. REC REPLACING TURBOCHARGER COOLANT PUMP (C/S VEHICLE OVERHEATING) Fail $798.65 REC REPLACING TURBOCHARGER COOLANT RESERVOIR (ON INSPECTION FOUND COOLANT SCREEN CLOGGED) All this totaling over 3000$ My simple question to them is, lets assume what they diagnosed is correct, why does the warning come up even when the car is cold. They had no answer to that. So I think its just a sensor gone bad. Its very easy for them to name so many technical terms to unsuspecting people but I think the report is made up. So be aware if you go to them I am not going back. Another point: To re-diagnose something they fixed they are charging $180. Is it really fair? I wish there are some serious laws around these type of mechanics More
