My car was fixed the next day, washed clean and ready for me to pick up. Overall, this was my best experience since I started to have my car serviced there more than a year ago. Cam, who helped us with the car, was absolutely fantastic – friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive to our needs. She made the entire process so smooth and enjoyable. We were really impressed with how efficient everything was, and the staff overall was incredibly friendly. Even our son had a great time, and he was thrilled with the thoughtful gift of a teddy bear! In the past, we’ve had less-than-ideal experiences with BMW dealerships outside the Seattle area, but this one was so good that we ended up buying the car right away, even though we hadn’t originally planned to make a purchase that weekend.
