Buyer beware if you purchase a used vehicle from them. Salesman will say whatever you want to hear to make the sale. On 8/24/2023 I purchased a used vehicle from them as is. When I was purchasing the salesman said the car was gone over by their service department and they get paid to find issues. What was repaired would have easily been caught if they actually looked. Notified BMW team and told me 5 weeks ago they would get back to me, still waiting. I realize what as is means but this is less then honesty from their sales team. More
Been trying since December for them to fix their mistakes/honor warranty since they diagnosed a timing chain failure and I paid $6500 to fix it. Car still sounded like crap (I notified them immediately) and they kept assuring me it was fine. These engines “run loud.” Then the same “drivetrain malfunction” warning that I took it in for popped back up. They told me it wasn’t related to the work they did, was related to the VANOS system… what a coincidence? 🙄 (Even if it was, they just told me the car was in “normal operating condition”) After they “ran a test” on the car they came back with almost $5k more in work they claimed the car needed. Since they hadn’t taken any ownership at this point I had no trust. So, I got a second opinion and had another repair shop run the codes. Well, what do you know, they were timing related. I call BMW and they keep saying it’s a coincidence, there was no timing codes, basically that I need drop $5k more on this other work to get done or they’re done talking to me. Spend more money with them or forget about what I’ve already spent, clear the codes and try to screw someone else by selling it/trading it in. (literal advice I was given) Since that call I’ve been ghosted. I’ve called so many times that I had to keep a log in my phone to keep up with it. Recently when they see my caller ID pop up they send me straight to the service managers voicemail - He never calls back. I have to private call to actually get an answer now. I’ve been patient and given them every chance to remedy. But in the time they waited I’ve found out/spoke to multiple people with similar experiences. One guy with the same experience basically to a T. They told him the car needed an engine, back tracked to a timing chain and ultimately the car drove like xxxx after. After he got the run around they told him it was the VANOS system, pay 5k more or go away.. sounds familiar. Spent $6500 in hopes to have my daily driver fixed, instead I spent the beginning part of my pregnancy stressed over figuring out transportation to work. Wasted money and time on rentals. Ultimately had to buy a new car before I was ready to, without a trade and $6500 less in my pocket. Now, it looks like a civil suit is the only way to recuperate anything at this point since they don’t even have the decency to call back. Save yourself the headache, go somewhere else. More
Just had a really wonderful experience purchasing a BMW from BMW of Louisville and especially Audrey Gossom! The dealership is in Louisville and I live in Atlanta so I was particularly hesitant to purchase from BMW of Louisville and especially Audrey Gossom! The dealership is in Louisville and I live in Atlanta so I was particularly hesitant to purchase a car long distance. Audrey worked very hard on every step of the process and it was not an easy task, considering I had outside financing and the car had to be shipped to me. She answered all of my questions and allayed my fears of buying a lightly used car without ever stepping foot in the dealership or even the state! Thank you so much and I would happily purchase another car from this dealership and especially Audrey! More
This dealership cannot be trusted. I ordered a vehicle and once it arrived they sold it out from under me even after I had placed money down. They were slow to communicate and did not respond when called or text. Their only solution was to order another vehicle. I will ELSEWHERE! I was a repeat customer and treated terribly. AVOID this dealership! More

Mic was exceptional, I really appreciate his honesty and having a good chat. My only negative is that I arrived early at 10.30 for a 11am oil change and was told 90 minutes but could save 20 minutes if having a good chat. I didn't leave until close to 2pm due to them losing power in the shop so no fault of anyones but I was more than a little frustrated and a $439 bill to boot after I was advised a rotation and brake fluid flush was required. I thought some sort of discount such as no charge for one of the services provided would have been appropriate for the delay. Again nothing against you Mic, stuff happens but that's my honest review based on other car brands I've had and dealerships I’ve been at. Mic did reach out to check I was satisfied and I said the same thing to him as I have here. He did reply and said that he would try to help me out on my next visit but to be honest that’s another year to 18 months away……….. More
