Bad business. Don’t go here. They charged me 1000 for diagnostics and to change the spark plugs.. They did diagnostics and quoted me 4K in repairs. i said no. Went home did my own research and fixed all the warning lights with a 125$ part I ordered online and some YouTube videos. If you want to get ripped off then bring your car here. More

In my research I felt they provided exceptional value and they were easy to work with. When financing ran late, not their fault, my wife and I were about to miss an important dinner reservation. We had no time to go back home so I could change into an appropriate shirt with a collar. The dealership had already closed the parts / gift store for the weekend because it was after 7pm on Saturday night. That’s when Jhoda, the dealership GM, introduced himself and said he was aware of our situation. Rather than go home, he found a key to get into the clothing area and insisted I pick a shirt of my choosing so we could make our reservation. I offered to pay but he refused. The team exemplified customer service by giving more than expected in effort, time and most importantly they cared. My hat is off to the entire staff that Saturday evening: Rodkem, Chandler, Jhoda, Sean and Nick. We made our reservation and did it in style. More
