BMW Roadside Assistance swiftly responded and provided a flat bed to transport my BMW to the dealer for emergency service on my tire. I like working with Justin because he communicates clearly and regularly, there are no surprises, and he is very proactive with preventative service as well as supporting with emergency service when needed, like with a flat tire. Justin's service is exemplary. Moreover, the technicians were able to quickly turn around my BMW so I had only a nominal wait. Service and quality are very important to me and the technicians at BMW North, along with my service technician Justin, always exceed my expectations. More

Beware shopping at at autonation bmw they will present you a carfax that shows false information and services that where never performed and when upon asking you get told it’s your fault for not checking you a carfax that shows false information and services that where never performed and when upon asking you get told it’s your fault for not checking the service history. I’m sorry I expect a dealership to change the oil on a 80k vehicle when it was traded in. Your salesman present me a carfax and telling me the oil was changed then upon calling later it was never done and refuse to do the service that was marked on carfax . Typically I’ll take the vehicle back to the dealer I purchased from but in this case I’ll never service or shop at another autonation again. Horrible customer service. Make sure you go to the service department when purchasing a vehicle and have them print out all service records as they don’t align with that the carfax shows . More
