My service agent was great and handled my service visit very professionally. Only one issue was that my oil change warranty expired, and I did not know it was not advised by the dealership or the financial very professionally. Only one issue was that my oil change warranty expired, and I did not know it was not advised by the dealership or the financial Auto warranty people that it was expiring. I have used very little of my allowed oil changes and would have thought with the very low mileage an extension should be granted. With BMW requiring the oil should be changed at least once a year even if you haven’t put 10,000 miles on it. 😢 More
Andrew was a great and friendly salesman. He gave off a friendly and authentic personality. He seemed like a guy I could easily get along with outside of our sales transaction. Buyers beware: this dealership sold me a 2024 BMW with several issues, one of which may pose safety concerns. When I took my car to a local BMW dealership to service, they did a thorough inspection (do several issues, one of which may pose safety concerns. When I took my car to a local BMW dealership to service, they did a thorough inspection (documented on video) and noted the following: 1. Front bumper had been repainted and possibly an accident history that didn't show in the Carfax report. The sloppy front bumper respray resulted in white overspray paint that went into the area under the front hood, headlights, and even into the cabin of the car (tiny dots on the interior, seats, and steering wheel). The front parking sensors were also painted over (they are supposed to be masked off). Some of the black plastic trim pieces have white paint overspray on them as well. 2. The front camera was dislodged slightly from an impact and had several scratches across the lens that made the image appear blurry. There was also scratches across the metal surround fascia suggesting that something may have scraped across the front of the car. (this was ~$2k to repair). 3. The puddle light under passenger side was dislodged from an impact to the bottom of the car. (this was ~$700 to repair). 2 of these items were blamed on me *the buyer* by the Sales Manager Benjamin Chiu and he implied that they occurred as a result of my drive home from the dealership. He proceeded to state that I should have been aware of all of these items before I bought the car. In addition, when I recently brought the car into my local BMW dealership to have the front camera replaced, the technician showed me via inspection video where this dealership sold me the vehicle with both rear tires that are not rated for the car. I have been experiencing an unsafe wobbling and sliding while switching lanes at highway speeds. The tires that were on this car were only rated for 1,500 lbs and they are supposed to be rated for around 3,500 lbs in the rear. This dealership let me drive home and for the last month on tires that are not safe for this vehicle (~$600 to replace rear tires). PLEASE take the time when buying a vehicle from this dealership to do a very thorough inspection. I mean, get down and look under the hood for respray, check all cameras for scratches and placement, check all exterior lights, and check to make sure the tires are rated for your vehicle. I am fully aware that when buying a used car you assume some risk, but this dealership made absolutely ZERO effort to help fix any of these issues. I have spent so much of my own money to try to get this car back to whole (~$4k). In addition, if you plan to contact the Sales Manager, Benjamin Chiu, to express your concerns about anything - expect a condescending tone and for all issues to be blamed on you (the buyer). I would absolutely NOT recommend this dealership for these reasons. More
