I can assure you that your vehicle was properly repaired and we stand behind our repairs.Also your request to be taken out of your 3 series and moved into a 5 series at no additional cost, unfortunately was not an option available to us

I never asked to be moved into a 5 series with no cost to myself. Offered a 500.00 credit towards the purchase at FULL sticker cost is not my idea of a fair deal as I had to sell the car due to the many mechanical issues. I received a better deal from another BMW dealership. I do not recommend BMW of Freehold.
