Even after the sale, he does an amazing job of following up with you. If you have questions or concerns or need some tips or pointers with your car, he makes himself available. Further, the times I’ve been in for service— he will take time out to visit with me and personally check on my car. He’s never too busy to speak with me or my husband. One time when my car was in the shop and there wasn’t a shuttle, he personally drove me home. On another occasion, he offered to drop me off for shopping when my car needed some additional service time. It’s unique and refreshing to find someone who still invests energy and time in their clients even after the sale. And lastly, he is a genuine and sincere person —always asking how we are doing.
