Mr. Jorge Salas/UV Sales Director, YOUR APOLOGY MEANS NOTHING WHEN YOU AND THE DEALERSHIP MADE ABSOLUTELY NO EFFORT WHATSOEVER APART FROM GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND on the issues that came with the car you sold me! The sales agent Oscar acknowledged the issue with the TPMS light pressure system coming back on and responded to me stating we will get it fixed yet, nothing was done so what effort are you talking about ? Your responses to the reviews look good in the eye of the public by making it seem like you’re very concerned about customer’s review of your dealership, ITS ALL A FRONT! You can be assured I will take my business somewhere else you will never see me take a step at your dealership in the future, I will stick to buying cars in other cities when in the market for a vehicle like I have done in the past at North Lexus in San Antonio , Toyota Cedar Park near Austin or Lander’s Toyota in LittleRock, Arkansas. Dealerships that have integrity and nothing but extremely satisfied customers. Look at other customer’s complaints, it’s not like I was the last customer to leave a negative review of the dealership. There’s more negative reviews regarding the service provided by BMW of El Paso!
