Jesús and staff were fast, professional and treated me like family. A big plus to the gorgeous facility is complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and snacks. Haven’t had any personal experience with the serv like family. A big plus to the gorgeous facility is complimentary coffee, hot chocolate and snacks. Haven’t had any personal experience with the service department yet but the waiting areas are designed to relax or work and I met some of the service professionals and they are very welcoming. 🌠🌠🌠🌠🌠 More
This has been the worse experience we have ever had buying a car. We bought a pre-owned Mercedes GLK 350 2013. I want to start by saying that the salesman Jesus was very rude to my wife, even on the da buying a car. We bought a pre-owned Mercedes GLK 350 2013. I want to start by saying that the salesman Jesus was very rude to my wife, even on the day we went to sign the papers Jesus didn't offer a chair for her to sit on. Jesus offered us as part of the deal that they would fix some small scratches and make a detail wash and said that the car passed the inspection, we found out that one of the tires was in very bad shape, and could/should not have passed the inspection, after some arguing they agreed to change the tire. We went the next day so they could fix the scratches and do the detail wash, but they returned the car in the same conditions. The next day we went back and asked to talk to Russel Stover(General Manager), and he sent us uninterested in our complaint to the used cars manager (Jorge Salas); He told us that he would fix the tire and do what Jesus had offered us. We left the car there for two days. I text Jorge to ask him at what time do I go and pick it up and he never replied. The day we went to pick up the car we saw that some of the scratches didn't get fixed, I texted Jorge but never answered. After we picked up the car we made a trip to San Antonio TX. and it was pouring rain non stop all the way, I turn on the wipers, and the two wipers just slipped off and hit the windshield and cracked it, we almost crashed. Jorge told me, that they always change the wipers even if the car doesn't need them, and look at what happened, the horrific experience of almost crashing because of the bad job that it was done there. After we returned we wrote an email to Russel Stover telling him all of our experience up to that point, Russel never answered back up until now. Jorge contacted me and agreed to change the windshield. When we take the car for them to change the windshield we arrived at noon and my wife and kids came with me. When we picked up the car I went in and Jorge and Jesus came back outside with me. When we get to the car they just look at it at a glance and they told me that there was no guarantee on anything , even if they installed it wrong or broke something, they told me this after the windshield was installed. After saying this they left. My wife and I stayed there inspecting the job that was done, by now it was 1:30pm. We start seeing that the fabric on the inside pillars of the windshield was ripped, we take a look from the outside and we could see the inside of the pillar. We also see that there were gaps on the outside of the windshield that worried us. I call Jorge Salas again to discuss this and he replied that he would be out in 5min. We waited 20min in the parking lot with my family and called him back and he didn’t respond, so I went inside looking for him and see him in one of the offices of his coworkers. I knocked on the door and I tell him that we have been waiting outside and he says that he has other important things to do. We went out and he told us that that kind of damage was normal in that kind of repair to a car. We left mad that day. Two days after it was raining and we wanted to check the sensor on the windshield and as we suspected the sensor didn’t work. We were tired of dealing with the BMW agency, so we went back to the agency to complain and express our experience to the Russel Stover. As we walk in Russel right along with Jorge were in a defensive approach, they started talking mad and loud at us and at some point yelling and trying to justify their steps of the process, arguing that the car was old (2013) our expectations were too high. At the end they offered us to buy the car again which we agreed and we ended loosing $1000 because we weren’t given any other option. Russel Stover and Jorge Salas never apologized or seemed remorse because of the danger of an accident caused by the services that BMW agency did to the car. More

Everyone is very polite and professional. I appreciate the attention to detail like the added extras of coffee and snacks. My car was thoroughly inspected, oil changed, and washed and vacuumed. The only r the attention to detail like the added extras of coffee and snacks. My car was thoroughly inspected, oil changed, and washed and vacuumed.
