I would like to start off by thanking Mr. Sergio Perez for his AWESOME customer service! I loved the fact that he kept me informed throughout the whole processes on what was going on with my car. He offer for his AWESOME customer service! I loved the fact that he kept me informed throughout the whole processes on what was going on with my car. He offered a loaner right away which caught me off surprise because usually dealerships tell you to figure it out while they have your car. I was blown away on the fact that they pick up your vehicle wherever your at and leave you the loaner. This by far has been one of the greatest experiences I’ve had. I came in with a simple problem and they didn't fix it. They did however charge me for it. ATTENTION PEOPLE: Don’t buy used vehicles at this location. I just bough a used vehicle cash and had a mechanical issue I less than 48 hrs. Management refuse to repair because I didn’t had the extend location. I just bough a used vehicle cash and had a mechanical issue I less than 48 hrs. This issue should of been found during “their inspection “ and they didn’t want to repair free of charge. I know I bought a used car but I couldn’t have found this issue with the 20 min. test drive. Worst service ever! Took my car to get a diagnosis. Chris had no customer service skills whatsoever. Went to p/u car and it wasnt even sanitized as they advertise THEY DO, due to covid, I had to ask for it t had no customer service skills whatsoever. Went to p/u car and it wasnt even sanitized as they advertise THEY DO, due to covid, I had to ask for it to be washed AND sanitized as they state they do with "every service" when asked why car wasnt washed Chris said they didnt want to drive the car "DUE TO LIABILITY", to the car wash, when the car wash is clearly in the same building just in the back. Our bill was over 1k and we couldn't even get a wash nonetheless sanitized DURING A PANDEMIC! So much for customer service AND THE SAFETYof their paying customers. They charged for a diagnostic fee even though we went with the service, I've been to dealerships where the diagnostic fee is only charged when u dont get the service recommended done. NOT the service nor customer service you would expect from a dealership service department!!! I acknowledge the issues the car has but we were there to fix a specific issue, we shouldn't be judged on what other issues the car had and be treated with care as paying customers. We're not talking about 100$ we're talking about 1k+ in cash so I hope Chris didnt pocket some of that. They also offer service delivery and that was never offered. This is not my 1st time getting service here, 1st time was bad too but I thought I'd give Chris another chance, bad decision. DONT BRING UR CARS HERE...if I could give it a 0 I would. More
