I don't know about service but DO NOT waste your time on the SALES department, I recommend going to bigger city or something. I thought this was a BMW dealership, which is more upscale and has common sense the SALES department, I recommend going to bigger city or something. Some other customer was working on a deal slecific car I was interested, I told my salesman (not gona mentioned specific name but himself better know who he is) let me know when deal fall through, I got a call from my salesman "come to dealership, the vehicle I'm interested is available now" I have family with little kid, so I set everything up where I have someone who can watch them since I will be gone for couple hours. Drove all the way to dealership again to make deal and purchase (fund was all ready) then salesman comes back with stupid response "uhhhh... they made side deal and they are still going to buy it" and I'm like... dude.... are you just dumb or your manager is a liar? Either way, do not waste your valuable time with these people. Literally worst experience out of chevy, Ford, Mercedes, audi, gmc, dodge I worked previously. More
