The process of everything was fast and easy as I did send most of it through text and the sales man had everything ready for me when I had arrived which I just needed signing in the financing office. When first arriving I wanted to trade my car in which they didn’t offer much nor try and work with me knowing I wanted to buy a car from them, I then proceeded to go somewhere else to sell my car where they offered me 7 thousand more than BMW did. The issue I had was that everything was great during the process but once the car was sold he never contacted me back regarding the missing mats that we had discussed about and like he said he would, also during the whole process he had told me there was oil change and everything had been taken care and he makes sure all his cars are ready to basically go on “road trips” on the vehicle as needed but there was no report of it other than when the dealership received the car. On the last note I also received the car almost empty barely any gas in the car. More
I had a pleasant experience when I purchased the vehicle. However, a year later when I brought the car in for service, different story. I brought it in for a brake flush and a detail. Next thing you know they are telling me that I need filters changed along with other things. ($1,000+) of course. I authorized and we moved forward. When I picked up my vehicle that detail job was so bad, the person that handed me my keys said himself " this is a horrible job" sorry. Not just that, my vehicle was damaged. My guess is the harsh chemicals they used to wipe the center console and dash. It stripped the paint right off. I was offered a refund (which I have not received 2 months later) and I have yet to hear from the detail company on how this damage is going to be addressed. They are telling me that he needs to see it, but they have photos. Chris the service manager and Russell the general manager do not respond to my messages. They just simply decided to ignore my calls and messages. It should not take 2+ months to resolve this. If the company you authorize to work on vehicles at your facility cause damage, be responsible and address the issue. At the very least respond to your customers messages, common courtesy. They also have the nerve to ask you to please give them a high rating on the reviews. More
Scheduled an appointment and was told parts were in. Wait 2hrs for them to tell parts didnt make it in. Will not return. Only reason I went was because it was a factory recall.
